Analysis preview

After a brand sign-up, enter the access code issued by our team to see the screens below in the dashboard, in three groups: where to open, when and how to open, and preparing together. Here we preview their layout and items with sample data. Every number is made up; after sign-up you see the real analysis for your brand.

Where to open

Six screens that narrow down candidate districts.

Seongsu map and 10 districts

The 10 Seongsu districts are colored on the map, with subway stations and competing stores in your business type marked as dots. The district list beside the map compares your business type's score and estimated sales. Naver search interest (a relative index, not search counts) shows 24-month trends for Seongsu and comparison districts in Seoul, search interest in each district's place and landmark names, and what people look for in Seongsu (shares of eat, play, shop and visit).

What it helps you decidePick candidate districts at a glance.

Recommended districts for your business type

Six factors are scaled 0–1 by comparing districts and averaged with the weights below. Expand each factor to see the numbers that went in. Factors without data are left out, and if data is too thin no score is given. The customer-fit factor is added once you leave your main customer ages in a consultation request.

Seongsu pop-up map (five years)

See about 4,600 pop-ups and events held in Seongsu from October 2021 to October 2026 as a heat map. Pick a year, quarter, month or business type and the hot spots and per-district counts change, with a list of the pop-ups held at each venue and links to their sources. It also shows the business-type mix by year and, for each district, pop-ups per year, the most used venues and the share of venues hosting their first pop-up. For each pop-up it shows how many times Naver search interest during the run rose over the previous four weeks (search reaction), and sorts by it.

What it helps you decideChoose a district for your pop-up against where and when other brands opened theirs.

Pop-ups with no official source found are marked "Original source unverified". The map is grouped into cells of about 180 m and blurred.
