Using Seoul's public trade-area data, see estimated sales by business type, foot traffic and stores for 10 Seongsu districts side by side on the same basis. It also shows recommended districts for your business type and what to check when you view a space, and next steps can be taken up in a consultation.
Choose a district area or number to see its five most recent pop-ups. On mobile, use two fingers to move the map.
Boundaries follow roads and administrative lines.

In Seongsu, crossing one street can change who walks by and what sells. After signing up and opening the dashboard with an access code, you can answer both with evidence.
Whether Seongsu Station, Yeonmujang-gil, Seoul Forest or the factory district suits your business is usually decided by walking around and gut feeling.
Compare estimated sales by business type, foot traffic and stores for 10 districts on the same basis, and see a recommendation score for your business type with how it was calculated.
Some conditions, such as exhaust, power capacity, ceiling height or loading access, are too late to discover after signing.

Every figure on screen comes with its source and reference period. Where there is no basis, the value is marked “No data” or “To be checked”.

Once the numbers narrow your options, the work of finding a space, checking its conditions and opening the doors remains. A consultation request covers the four topics below.

Based on your business type, budget, main customers and timeline: whether your candidate districts fit, and whether to start with a store or a pop-up.
Finding spaces that meet your conditions in your candidate districts, and checking lease terms and facilities such as exhaust, power and loading access before you sign.
Planning the pop-up around its dates, scale and goals, and connecting what is needed for installation and operation.
For brands opening a long-term store: what to prepare at each step, from choosing a district to space conditions and the opening schedule.
After reviewing your request, we contact you when we judge a consultation is needed. We may not be able to contact you right away. Market analysis and rent information are not appraisals or brokerage; contract and permit decisions rest with professionals and the relevant authorities.
When you want your first pop-up or store in the right place the first time, start by comparing the customers and business trends of each district.
When choosing a site for a second store or a flagship, look at sales trends by business type and competing stores in each district.
When reporting pop-up or flagship candidates internally, build your case on public data that carries its source and reference period.
When considering Seongsu for your first store or pop-up in Korea, you can read about the service and sign up in English or Japanese. The analysis screens are also available in English and Japanese.
